Online Cancellation Policy

Introduction

We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your lab appointment. This Online Cancellation Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and process for canceling bookings made through our platform.

Cancellation Window

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refund will be provided for same-day cancellations or missed appointments.

Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment. Please note that transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

  1. Log in to your Lab Management System account.
  2. Navigate to the “My Bookings” section.
  3. Select the appointment you wish to cancel and click on “Cancel”.
  4. Confirm your cancellation request. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once processed.

Exceptions

In rare cases such as emergencies, system errors, or unavoidable circumstances, our team may review your case and provide special consideration for refunds outside of the standard policy.
